Good practice

We want all spa guests to feel comfortable and good with us and that is why we ask you to follow these rules.

Please pre-book your chosen treatments by calling the spa reception at:

If you want a chosen specialist for your treatment, be sure to let us know at the time of booking;
We are grateful if you arrive 5-10 minutes in early to tune yourself in for upcoming pleasure. Place your overalls in the wardrobe and let your administrator know you have arrived;
Be sure that any possible health problem is not a contraindication to your booked treatment. In case of doubt, please consult the spa specialist;

In the course of your treatment, the spa specialist introduces the products we use and the expected effects;
If you arrive late for your treatment, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the full service. If you are unable to come at your agreed time, please contact us at the earliest opportunity;
We recommend that you switch your mobile phone to silent mode and we ask you to use a quieter voice in the public areas.
Intoxicated people are not served in the spa! We ask for an understanding attitude based on your own health and out of respect for the staff;
