We are grateful if you arrive 5-10 minutes in early to tune yourself in for upcoming pleasure. Place your overalls in the wardrobe and let your administrator know you have arrived;
The spa does not take responsibility for unattended items. Use lockers to store valuables;
The comfort and privacy of our guest are very important to us and is taken into account during every treatment. Ask your spa administrator for a bathrobe and slippers and leave your clothes in the wardrobe, feel comfortable;
Be sure that any possible health problem is not a contraindication to your booked treatment. In case of doubt, please consult the spa specialist;
In the course of your treatment, the spa specialist introduces the products we use and the expected effects;
If you arrive late for your treatment, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the full service. If you are unable to come at your agreed time, please contact us at the earliest opportunity;
We recommend that you switch your mobile phone to silent mode and we ask you to use a quieter voice in the public areas.
Children are welcome to the spa with an adult companion who explains our spa’s good practice and is responsible for the child’s safety;
Intoxicated people are not served in the spa and relaxation center! We ask for an understanding attitude based on your own health and out of respect for the staff;
In the relaxation center, it is good practice to wear swimwear.
